The salesman I had buying my car worked hard to get me into a vehicle, but I wish I had used Jim Sears. After recommending him to my sister we went to see Jim and he gave us a great deal on a used toyota into a vehicle, but I wish I had used Jim Sears. My car was in for its first major oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was friendly and it took about an hour. When I had other cars the dealership would actually wash the car before returning it, th rotation. Everyone was friendly and it took about an hour. When I had other cars the dealership would actually wash the car before returning it, the waiting room had a coffee/tea machine and snacks, there was WIFI and computers for customer's use. These were very nice touches and made the trip to the dealership actually a pleasure. More

I do not recommendt becoming a repeat customer or being an elderly women and going in alonge to this dealership. It is no wonder Ford Sales are up with them making your decisions and not answering your que an elderly women and going in alonge to this dealership. You wait and wait as they go back and forth so many times your head is spinning. In the meantime they are preparing a loan and you don't even know the facts, ex: what kind of a trade in amt. did I get. Maybe those with funds don't care to know but their are those of us who do. I feel that Nemer Ford is doing the best that they can, I feel that Nemer Ford is doing the best that they can, with what they have to work with. The thing that I personally feel would help them immensely I feel that Nemer Ford is doing the best that they can, with what they have to work with. The thing that I personally feel would help them immensely, would be to try and have a bank that will work with people that do not have good credit. I know a lot of people that have tried to go to car dealerships with $1000.00 or more to put down, but because of their credit rating they were turned down. Other than that, I feel they(sales people) all put forth great work ethic's! More
