The salesman was great! He explained everything about the car and showed us how to use all the features; the parking assistant, sync the phone, etc., excellent! One complaint about him though. On the phone I was told I would get 0% interest, but when I did my paperwork, I did not get the interest rate I was quoted. We had ordered the car and driven 4 hours to get it so I let it go. Also, when I asked about life insurance on my Ford loan to the person doing the paperwork, he said Ford didn't offer that. But, when I was at my local dealership getting an oil change, they told me Ford does have life insurance on their loans. When I last visited Nemer Ford to purchase a car it was a pleasant experience. What I liked best was that the Sales person spoke to me as a women empowered to make her own choices.
