It was a pleasent experience working with the staff at Nemer Ford, most notable was working with Jim Sears. They go out of their way to try and get you the car or truck you are looking for. If they don't have it they try their other dealerships. My husband was very happy with the truck he purchased from Nemer, truck you are looking for. If they don't have it they try their other dealerships. We have purchased four vehicles (F150) within the last six years. Salespeople are great to work with. Deals are fair. I took my car in for a new fuel pump. Its a 3 hour job, I was charged for 5 hours of labor. The fuel pump, if i bought it from napa was $199, Im sure the dealer gets it for half that price. Nemer ford charge was charged for 5 hours of labor. The fuel pump, if i bought it from napa was $199, Im sure the dealer gets it for half that price. Nemer ford charged me $395 for the part. All in all a new fuel pump for my lincoln $913 !!!! I complained to customer service and was told a manager would contact me, it never happenned, I imagine b/c the price gouging was inexcusable. I understand that "the dealer costs more&" for repairs but this abuse was obnoxious and insulting. I cannot believe it even went on at a business that considers itself professional. More
Jim worked quickly to find the car with the features I wanted. He even had it sent to have a remote started installed. Recently I had a accident, hitting a deer, doing a lot of damage to my 2010 Escape. The Body shop did a great job of getting the estimate underway.
