I had an extremely positive experience at Nemer Jeep Dodge Ram in Saratoga when I went there to get information about new cars! Never experienced anything like I went through at Nemer. Charles said we wanted talk when things settled, I haven't heard from him since?? Terrible service department. Leon doesn’t return phone calls or text messages. I took my other vehicle to the dealership in Clifton Park for service where the experience was much more professional. I would avoid this service department. More
