Pleaseingl but disappointed I was very satisfied with my sales person and the professional attitude he had. He answered all my questions and got me a price I was ok with of cours I was very satisfied with my sales person and the professional attitude he had. He answered all my questions and got me a price I was ok with of course you always want save more money. The financial department was very nice to deal with and got me out in a short time. I had asked my sales man to have my car waxed as it had small scratches and marks from running it through car washes with brushes. He relayed the information to someone on the phone in my presence and I was confident it would be done. The next day when I picked up the vehicle it was not waxed and as I drove off I noticed the control panel and display were not cleaned and covered in dust and finger prints. But I guess the last straw was when I noticed I did not have an owners manual (2014 GMC truck) this a must with all the new technology these viehicles now have. Paid 27,000 dollars but need to go to e-bay and find my own manual! More
