Truck repairs Took my truck in for some repairs. Talked with Jason first, He was awesome, called me and told me the cost, and also sent me a video of my truck showi Took my truck in for some repairs. Jason kept in contact with me and informed me that they would have to order parts. The whole time they had my truck Jason let me know everything that was going on. The technician did a great job on the repairs, I think his name was Stephen, and to top it all off the repairs came in under the expected cost. I have to drive a little to get there but it is worth it. from the front of the dealership to the shop these people are the very best. Always friendly, and more importantly helpful, and truly want to take care of the customer. Don't waste your time on other shops, I have tried them, they just don't take care of your vehicle the way they Nelson Nissan does. Again these people are the very Best. More

Not willing to work with me to figure something out. You shouldn't allow appointments to be made on your website you aren't willing to honor. Will go elsewhere for future maintenance and purchasing needs. More

They did not call and hound me every day to come back which I loved. I came in and told them which car I wanted and we proceeded with the purchase. It was quick and easy and the staff were all great. I worked with Randy and he was great. I would highly recommend coming here if you are in the market for a car. More
Sold us a KNOWN LEMON !!! My girlfriend purchased a car from them on Dec 27 2017 She was given a Carfax report on the car that showed no problems with it. On March 18 The tra My girlfriend purchased a car from them on Dec 27 2017 She was given a Carfax report on the car that showed no problems with it. On March 18 The transmission went out.. it didn’t even make it to the first oil change. After calling General Motors about it. I was told they didn’t have any service records on it. Which I thought was quite strange. After taking it to a GM dealer for repair (3900 dollars for transmission replacement)) I find out that there is a very long history on it.. Nelson Nissan had taken the car to a GM dealer and had the pistons and rings replaced in the engine. They then turned around and sold it to her. Telling her the car was in excellent condition knowing they had just had it in to the shop for the repair. This car has had a new engine put in at 11,500 miles many other problems plus the pistons had been replaced 22,000 miles before they had it done again!!! . All the problems with the car are too long to list here but I assure you the record is horrible. Before buying any car from them take the VIN number to the manufacture and get the report of repairs from them. Do not trust the Carfax they give you.It didn’t list any of the problems the car had. They will do absolutely nothing to help you. We want our money back! They Knowingly sold her a lemon! I would never had let her buy the car had I known the history on it which they didn’t share with her! Not being honest with her about the cars History. Not any way to run a business!!! More
