From ding to dong I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Tom the finance manager and Nathan the desk manager took really great care of me. Last week the Versa we purchased two years ago had a transmission problem. We took it to Jason in the service department and received a new transmission with a small deductible because of the warranty we purchased. Saved us $3700!! All in all, we have had great success with the Nelson team and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new Nissan. More

Very Good Service I had to have the motor replaced for my windshield washer fluid pump. I called the day previous and they set up an early appointment. I dropped off my car, then they offered to drive me back home because the maintenance was to take 2 to 3 hours. They had the part earlier than estimated and the service took less time than estimated. They picked me back up and the cost of service was less than estimated. All technicians and coordinators were very nice and attentive. The young lady that check me out was a bit of a smarty pants with a couple of wise cracks. Maybe she thought she was being funny, but I thought she was being stupid and not polite. I will continue to use this dealership for service. More

Unfortunately, Nelson's screw-ups would take days to catalog, so I'll just give you some highlights (this has all been going on since I bought the car two and a half weeks ago)... They promised they'd f catalog, so I'll just give you some highlights (this has all been going on since I bought the car two and a half weeks ago)... They promised they'd fix two small door dings and a broken key fob when I bought the car. They had my car all day on TWO separate occasions and still, the dents remain. I was told I'd have to take the broken fob to another dealership (nice customer service, eh?) to be fixed. Exasperated, I told them to completely forget everything, that I'd be by after work to pick up the car. When I got there... wait for it... they couldn't find my car. Lol. After sitting in an extremely ugly orange chair for half an hour, I was handed my keys and I got out of there before they could jack something else up. Funny thing, though: when I got home, the 'unfixable' key fob was fixed. It's magic! ;-) One thing I thought I'd mention... This dealer is on dealerrater.com multiple times under slightly different names. This one happens to have a decent overall rating. Check the rest before you make the decision to deal with these imbeciles. More
I was charged more than the price listed on the internet, which was also $2000 over blue book. The car has been plagued with issues that should have been addressed prior to their putting it on the lot...engi which was also $2000 over blue book. The service department seems to work well, but the sales department is a joke. Go somewhere else, DO NOT buy from these guys. More

Standing on the premise of their good "Christian Business Values" is a disgrace. I got a horrible deal on a car that is not reliable. The sales department is completely unhelpful and rude, including the managerial staff. Do not look for your problems to be solved or for anyone to be sympathetic. I am now stuck with a car that does not meet the expectations set by Nelson or promised on the day of sale. Please, think twice, you can find a better deal elsewhere with a company who stands behind every car they sell. More
