Stranded I would not recommend buying from Nelson auto Group!!!!!! I Bought and paid cash for a brand new 2016 Nissan Titan Xd platinum at Nelson Nissan in Bro I would not recommend buying from Nelson auto Group!!!!!! I Bought and paid cash for a brand new 2016 Nissan Titan Xd platinum at Nelson Nissan in Broken Arrow! I have had nothing but issues out of this truck! Every time I have took it to Nelson Nissan I have been treated poorly, multiple times they have forgot to contact me when my truck was ready! I've tried contacting management to never get a response! Apparently They don't live by there core values they have posted on there walls. Leaving without my truck multiple times! I have brought it in for electrical issues that have not been fixed. Such as the whole dash, and radio shutting completely off while driving! And that has not been fixed. I had the engine and tranny go out with only 20k on it . I was stranded on side of the highway for 5 hours finally got it towed but they would not tow my trailer and told me I was responsible for that! Nelson Nissan replaced the engine and tranny. After picking it up 20 miles down the road the truck breaks down in the middle of the freeway, I managed to limp it off the freeway. I begin inspecting under the hood to find it had a Turbo Hose that was not even connected and a sufficient amount of DEF leaking under it. They towed it back. I went in the next day The Executive Manager David said it was not a big deal and I begin to explain how I have been treated and after getting into an argument I was told "YOU CAN NOT EXPECT FOR IT TO BE FIXED CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME CAN YOU?" and then I asked him what happens when it breaks down again with my family in middle of the freeway AND causes a wreck! he begin smarting off I could take my buisness else where! So I will be using Jim Glover Nissan! Who we have bought from I do not feel safe putting my family and pregnant wife in a vehicle that is poorly repaired and not reliable. And then I receive a call offering me a hundred dollars to take down my review! So you all wouldn't see this that right there is sad I am without a vehicle $50,000 waisted and they want to bribe me!!!! More
Bad service I called this dealer ship and left a message for the service department 5 times in 2 days and never got a call back 3 days now. The 6th time my husban I called this dealer ship and left a message for the service department 5 times in 2 days and never got a call back 3 days now. The 6th time my husband called and ask to speak to the General Manager and he was told that they was to busy to take our call. I will never let them service our car again and will never buy another vehicle there. More

She took time to visit with us as we moved through the learning process of finding out about the car we were interested in buying. Smooth overall my wife and I had a great experience with Nelson Nissan, especially the female car sales lady. I'm bad with names. She is honest, hard working and made the transition easy. I have it almost all stars due to the finance guy. For him I had to lower it one star. Then again he has a lot of pressure to make sure the paperwork is in order. Thanks to everyone for making my wife happy. If they can get my skeptical husband to purchase a new car- yo My husband and I went in to look at a 2014 Nissan Rogue and drove away in a 2017 Rogue! If they can get my skeptical husband to purchase a new car- you better bet they are the best in Tulsa. The deal was smooth- all questions were answered- and you really can't beat the pricing at Nelson. We worked mostly with Craig, but everyone we encountered was lovely and helpful. This is our third car purchase from Nelson dealerships and we will be returning. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
