We showed up late in the evening, but was met by 2 sales reps. We requested a test drive in Mazda 3 hatchback and got it. The total process took until 11:30. But not one person there acted upset about us being so late. All were very friendly. Very good experience. More

i live roughly 4 hours away from this dealership, but fell in love with a used mini cooper they had on their lot. i called in and spoke with michael and he gave me all the information i needed, he even t fell in love with a used mini cooper they had on their lot. i called in and spoke with michael and he gave me all the information i needed, he even took a trip back from coming home from work just to put my information in to hold the care for me (thats what i call service). when i did finally arrive they did the process as fast as they could, putting us ahead of another customer, seeing as how we had to drive 4 hours back home. i would deffinately recomend this dealer to anyone! they are amazing and have a quality product for a reasonable price. This was one of the best buying experiences that I have had and that covers some 43 years while buying primarily new veicles. Ken was very helpful in helping me to find a MX-5 that I was wanting. My first oil change service was set up by my sales person & I was given an appointment card with the date & time on it. I called the day before to verify this & the service department had no information abou & I was given an appointment card with the date & time on it. I called the day before to verify this & the service department had no information about this appointment but was still able to fit me in that next morning. I received great service & it's nice to get a car wash with the oil change. The buying process was a little long but no different that any other dealer. Overall the experience was great. This is the second car that we have bought at Nelson Mazda & will return again for future purchases. Don't normally have my vehicles serviced (oil Change)done at the dealers but now see the price is very competitive with other places maybe even a little cheaper. More
