The customer service was awful! My husband and I went to view new Mazdas because we want to trade in our current vehicle. Both times we spoke to the salesmen were just awful. We felt rushed and then we were view new Mazdas because we want to trade in our current vehicle. Both times we spoke to the salesmen were just awful. We felt rushed and then we were just neglected. The salesman came back a while later holding a cell phone for us to talk to a salesman who wasn't there! If we wanted to speak to someone over the phone we would have just called and not wasted the gas to get there. As we were driving away an associate came out to ask about our visit after which he said he would get the sales manager for us to talk to. Well he never showed up so obviously they're too proud to talk to us. Yes we're a young couple but we are or were very serious about purchasing a Mazda 3 from them. Needless to say we have taken our business elsewhere and we hope no one has to deal with the lack of customer service we had to endure. More

My wife and I have been looking for her a new car for about a month or two. We have visited numerous new and used dealerships in and around the Tulsa area. Nelson Mazda was the first place the we both about a month or two. We have visited numerous new and used dealerships in and around the Tulsa area. Nelson Mazda was the first place the we both felt very comfortable and not "haggled." They were very professional in all aspects of our sale (even when we decided to leave when we had not reached a deal yet). They worked very hard to reach the price that we felt comfortable to be at. At no point did I feel like we were being "pushed" into buying the car. Even after we made a deal and we decided to buy our CX-7, they were very appreciative of our business and working with them. The GM told us thank you at least 2 or 3 times before we left. I had never been to this dealership before but would definitely go back and/or recommend them to anyone. More
