Nelson Mazda claimed that the transport did the damage. That isn't true as it was done before transport even left the dealership. They are refusing to fix all the damage and we are in the process of having to get a lawyer to fight the repair cost. They will fix two of the four main problems and won't even discuss the smaller problems. They also claimed to have sent paperwork that never came through and we had to call numerous time to get the paperwork sent. This is unacceptable and had we known about the sleaziness' of this dealership we would not have purchased. Please be aware they will also not allow you to contact a manager or anyone higher than salesperson level. The car is currently still listed at $200 lower than the price we paid for it. They won't refund us the difference. More
I called about a CX-50 and asked if it was available to test drive. I live 2 hours away. The girl said yes and I immediately received a text from Abigail Grace giving me a link and asking if I had farther test drive. I live 2 hours away. The girl said yes and I immediately received a text from Abigail Grace giving me a link and asking if I had farther questions. When I got there it was extremely busy so I put my name on a waiting list. By the time it took me to walk out to the car line a rep was already meeting me there. I had researched the vehicle online and the rep, Jonathan Waters was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great experience. If I purchase it will be from them. More

Excessive time was required to walk the lot on my own, listen to the sales person, test drive one vehicle, & get an appraisal on our trade-in [ 3 hours]. He asked me no questions about what I was looking for in a vehicle. We were recently offered 2 1/2 times $$ for our trade-in, at a local dealer who was respectful of and did not verbally trash our trade-in. This Nelson Mazda salesman verbally trashed our car, said it needed much work, & that it had a leak from the oil pan: Why is there NO evidence of an oil leak on our garage floor? When I told him we recently had the car checked out and the issues he mentioned were not found, he said they didn't do a good job checking. An obvious (old-school) attempt to justify their drastically low trade-in $ number. However, our vehicles are cared for at a place of integrity & ethics: Christian Brothers. We have used CB for years & have experienced the true integrity of their business. CB had completed a recent inspection of our car and did not find the issues mentioned by the salesman, Jim Wright. I now do not trust this dealership. We will do business elsewhere. Manners and integrity matter : ) More
On 05/15/2024 around 5:45PM Center Time, I called the sale department and a female picked up the call, and asked me my name I gave her and she said what!!?? Instead of asking me politely with respectful sale department and a female picked up the call, and asked me my name I gave her and she said what!!?? Instead of asking me politely with respectful like could you repeat me or sorry I cannot hear you something like that. And I continue to ask for Mazda CX-5 or CX-9 2021 thru 2022 year and Model, she said " oh yes aa" and hung up the phone while I am talking! It's really Rude and Disrespectful! They should have a people person and patient customer service representative. No matter what the customer races, country of origin is but the customer should be treated equally by the Customer Service representative at that Dealership!!!! More
Send email to internet sales to get additional information about a used 2024 Mazda CX-90. Was told they would send me information that I had requested (window sticker). The following day I sent e information about a used 2024 Mazda CX-90. Was told they would send me information that I had requested (window sticker). They wanted me to give them $1000 (unrefundable) in order to allow me to drive to their dealership so that I could look at the car. I live 120 miles from the dealership. It would take 2 or so hours. I was v to allow me to drive to their dealership so that I could look at the car. I live 120 miles from the dealership. It would take 2 or so hours. I was very sure that I would buy it. However I am not just going to donate $1000 to their cash balance. This event is closed. P. S. Another area dealership has been more cooperative. More
They will low ball your trade and make you issues with you trade to justify their quote. They over price the inventory and tell you it’s fair market value. Do your homework or better yet go to another dea you trade to justify their quote. They over price the inventory and tell you it’s fair market value. Nelson Mazda, and their salesman Jim Wright, try to act like they are better than any other dealership but can be just as sleezy given the opportunity. I scheduled an appointment to purchase a vehicle and like they are better than any other dealership but can be just as sleezy given the opportunity. I scheduled an appointment to purchase a vehicle and mentioned that I had a long drive, working with Jim for roughly a week lining everything up. During my drive there Jim sent me a text, not even a phone call, to let me know they sold the car out from under me. Don't buy their holier than thou lies More
