Awesome experience I am a first time car owner and from the internet correspondence with Martin Wiley to the end of the transaction, everything was superb. The service i I am a first time car owner and from the internet correspondence with Martin Wiley to the end of the transaction, everything was superb. The service is impressive and there are NO HIDDEN FEES as with other dealerships. When I went to the dealer, all my documents were prepared prior to my visit so I spent less time waiting. There was no haggling. In other words, they presented an item and if you are not interested, you are not forced to get add ons. The financial manager Franco Delcastillo had great customer service and handled my documents in a timely manner. I absolutely enjoyed my buying experience at Reynolds Mazda and would recommend anyone and everyone to get their car from Reynolds awesome team. If there was a 10 Star for my experience, that would definitely have been my choice. To the best sales manager ever: Martin Wiley, thank you so much for being that superb. 😁 More
I am Sticking With Mazda Was treated very well at Reynolds Mazda by Kody and Martin. I stopped by spontaneously on 8/6/16 to test drive any 6 speed manual transmission. Was Was treated very well at Reynolds Mazda by Kody and Martin. I stopped by spontaneously on 8/6/16 to test drive any 6 speed manual transmission. Was curious how much the Mazda drive had changed since I bought a new 2002 Protege 5, 5 speed manual transmission ,November 2002. I was satisfied that technology had passed me by, but the drive was just as much fun in this sweet little ride. The Mazda 3 was all tricked out with goodies and a bigger engine. I wanted to come back and try the 2.0 hatchback because I like hatchbacks with less " luxury".Kody and I texted throughout the week to find a good time to come back. He set me up an appointment with Martin for 8/12 . I had cooled my heels by then and didn't even want to entertain trading my beloved Protege. Martin respected that. I was still curious what I could do with the price I needed to be at for a Mazda 3 I touring. Well, you know how negotiations go. It was very tolerable as Martin is knowledgeable, efficient and patient. Communication is so important in customer service. He exceeded my expectations. The numbers matched my needs so I went to financing knowing I needed a certain percent to fit in my budget. Ed found a bank with better rates than TFCU. Ed is a very nice man..very professional . I spent way to long in the office though and was about to bolt. Was delighted that even though I had not signed for the car, Martin encouraged me to take it home, drive it etc. and bring it back and walk away if that was the choice. What made me say yes? Driving the zippy car out east of town through the countryside, moonroof open, Bose speakers blasting , changing gears , going up and down rolling hills to the lake and back. This car is a blast!!! I bought it 8/13. Kody and Martin wrapped up the deal effeciently. They care about future contact so will be in for a car wash, or to purchase any accessories I might want. More
