Best experience at a dealership I found the vehicle I wanted online, came in to test drive and everything was set up for my arrival. After the test drive we spent several hours disc I found the vehicle I wanted online, came in to test drive and everything was set up for my arrival. After the test drive we spent several hours discussing price and trade in value. Never once felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Honesty and friendliness was outstanding. Abysmal Customer Serice Seriously? Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called in on Monday regarding a jeep in inventory. I am approved on a $13,000.00 vehicle Seriously? Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called in on Monday regarding a jeep in inventory. I am approved on a $13,000.00 vehicle through a different dealership at an 11.5% interest rate with Wells Fargo as a lender for a jetta that is 2 years newer with same milage. Because I cosigned on my wife's car, I already have one car loan in my name. I spoke with Joe on Monday about this loan and because the jeep is more vehicle for the same price I wanted to see if I could get approved on this vehicle. Monday I received an email with a reference to website with a credit app. I filled out the credit app at 1 pm. Heard Monday night that you would check and see if you could get it approved. was called back on Tuesday by Joe, who proceeded to complain about all the cars he had to sell the previous day, and that he would check with finance to see where I stood. Finance called and told that my information had been lost. I gave them the same information. Second loan, Wells fargo approved, Needed to see if I could get approved on this vehicle, and gave all my information over the phone again, and did not hear back. I called on Wednesday. Sales rep didn't answer. Called dealership and spoke with someone in finance who was going to look into it. Never heard back. Called Joe at 10:45 on Thursday. He was going to look into it and see what happened. Never heard back. Called Joe again 9 am Friday morning. He was going to speak to the finance person again and see what happened. Said finance person wouldn't be in until noon, and he would contact me when he got in. 2 PM on Friday. No Call back yet. Joe doesnt answer so I call the dealership. Dealership connects me to finance department who informs me that they don't even have wells fargo as a lender, but shopped my credit anyway. I can only get approved if I trade in my wife's car which is sitting at an 8% rate given to us less than 2 months ago... and that the approved loan, with the trade in is at a 19.5% interest rate with a lender I've never heard of... Really? 5 days for that information? This is Abysmal customer service. I literally called in and asked to buy a car. A gift wrapped sale. No Haggle, No fuss. Instead I get a run around, misled, complained at about the salesman's job, credit shopped despite not even being set up with the bank I requested, and wasted several phone calls and an entire week just for a single credit app. Update... 10-26-16 Well. The problems continue. Remember the arguably decent rate for rough credit loan I had approved with the National Bank? Guess what, The great staff at Reynolds Mazda cost me that. I called the other dealership after this week long fiasco, only to find out that the loan had expired. Resubmitted on the same loan and... I cant get approved. My credit was shopped all over town and now I can't buy a car because of the number of inquiries. I'm screwed. A good portion of that is because of Reynolds Mazda. I'm not certain if this situation is because the staff at Reynolds Mazda are just this bad at their jobs that this was an honest, if easily avoidable, accident, or if i was intentionally misled in an underhanded, greasy-used-car-salesman-esque attempt at telling the customer anything it takes to try and make a sale. I do know that If the staff here had been honest with me from the beginning, I would already be sitting in a new car, making my first payment, and rebuilding my credit. Sure hope I can figure out how to get to work next week. Thanks guys! You're the best! More

It was the most complex automobile transaction I've been a part of, involving multiple trade-ins, buyers, and dealerships. The folks at Reynolds Mazda and Reynolds Ford were VERY accommodating, and the difficulties were surprisingly minimal given the complexity of the deal. A HUGE thanks to Alan & Jerry from Reynolds Ford in Edmond for handling the bulk of the negotiating, and another HUGE thank you to James & Franco at Reynolds Mazda who helped us finish everything in Norman. The entire Reynolds Auto Group has earned our loyalty for years to come! More
