He had been looking at a Nissan Altima for some time on the internet. It kept going down in price and when it finally went down to just under $12,000 he decided last Friday that we just had to go down to Norman to Reynolds Mazda and get that car before someone else snatched it up. So we did and are we glad we did. We met with Steve Adams who was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the car and already had information printed out for us. He was able to anwer every question we asked and had answers to questions we didn't even know to ask. He was very personable, helpful, considerate and funny to boot. In short he knew everything about the vehicle that a buyer wants and needs to know and it was a pleasure having him as our salesman. Thank you Steve for a very enjoyable buying experience. Our next stop was with the Finance Department where we met with Franco DelCastillo. We were worried at this point that somehow everything would fall through and we would not be able to afford the car. Mr. DelCastillo was very amiable and accommodating. He understood our financial situation very well and was very patient in getting us the best deal possible. He did his very best in seeing to it that we had everything we needed for our car (warranty and gap insurance) at the best possible price that we could afford. His knowledge of loan financing was impressive. He was never condescending and made us feel very comfortable the whole time. All in all it was a very gratifying experience working with Franco and at the end of the day we drove home in our new car and one that we could afford. Thank you Franco. More

New CX9 I called Reynolds Mazda to tell them I was coming to look at a specific CX9 that I had seen online. I brought my 5 year old daughter with me. Steve I called Reynolds Mazda to tell them I was coming to look at a specific CX9 that I had seen online. I brought my 5 year old daughter with me. Steve Adams was with us within minutes of my arrival. He promptly had car brought up front for test drive. After about a 20 minute test drive we returned to the dealership where we talked about the price of the car. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was never pushy with me. After agreeing on price I was taken to the business office where I met with Franco DelCastillo. Franco was very professional. He explained my financing options in very simple terms and broke down the prices and terms for extra items such as extended warranty and GAP. He never once used any kind of high pressure tactics. He explained benefits then allowed me to make my own informed decision. Steve had the car waiting at the front door cleaned and gassed up when we were finished. The whole process took right around 3 hours but didn't seem like it because it was such a comfortable experience. They were both great with my daughter even when she was reaching the end of her patience. I would definitely send anyone looking for a new car to them. More

First, they gave me a good value for my trade in then they found me the right vehicle and finally they got me financing that not only reduced my monthly payment but also reduced the total amount of debt I owe by nearly $5000.
