I was contacted by Corey, who was very helpful and didn't pressure me when I told him that I was going to be waiting several weeks before looking at a car. When I did go in, he was super friendly and helped me find the right car for my needs, which turned out to be a manual. I needed some practice to drive it, and he was a great teacher. Sean was able to put together a very good loan for my situation and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. More

Zoom Zoom When I began looking at the new Mazda models I never felt anyone "hovering" over me as I weighed the pros and cons. When I decided I was interested in purchasing a new car, I had very explicit specifications, down to the transmission, headlights and trim. Joe Ferdowsi scoured the Mazda region to meet my request and stated none were available. He offered a different color and slightly different trims, but didn't spend a lot of time trying to convince me to settle something else. For this and other important reasons, I would offer his and Reynolds Mazda services for new customers. I left the dealership in September empty-handed, but optimistic Joe would be in touch if he found my car specs in the 2017 delivered inventory. In January 2017 I returned to look at the car of my dreams and two other options. I let Joe know when I would be arriving, and much to my surprise, when I got there all three cars were waiting for me to test with the engines running. I quickly ruled-out one and struggled with the two remaining. Again, no pressure from Joe to make a decision or even buy anything. I left the dealership and told him I would return the following weekend with my trade-in and hopefully a final decision. I returned with a humble trade-in, a decision to purchase and discuss finances. Joe was always very courteous, helpful and most importantly, honest which helped save time by not playing stupid volleyball game with the finance manager. I asked to seal the deal with two more non-negotiable demands; an 8-inch white Zoom-Zoom adhesive for the back window, and 15% tint. The tint would prove to be easier than the sticker. Joe reported no one had a Mazda signature moniker sticker - what?! Ergo, without hesitation he resourcefully found one on-line and paid for it out of his personal account. I don't think many people would go the extra mile for a stupid sticker, but Joe did. This demonstrated he was listening to me, and truly valued my value of Mazda. Joe Ferdowsi represents the Mazda dealership with integrity, honesty and the ability to listen to the customer. He understands how to earn a sale, giving the customer room to make informed decisions without the pressure of now, now, now. I am a satisfied customer who will recommend Joe to my friends and family, and return for my next transportation purchase! More

It was obvious that I was happy with the car but the price tag was more than I wanted to spend. He picked up on this and suggested that he had a black hard top convertible 2010 MX-5 that was cherry and have only a few thousand miles on it. We put the top down and off we went. It was exactly what I really wanted and one that I could afford. I left the trade-in at the dealership and went to get my wife for a test drive. we bargained for one day and then traded cars. I got what I wanted and they got a trade-in thay could move quickly. I think we both got a good deal. At all times the salesman and manager were personable and easy to talk to. If I trade up to a newer model in the future I will definitely to to Reynolds Mazda. More
Mazda Cx-5 I was satisfied with everything. I really love my new 2016 1/2 CX-5. My new Zoom Zoom. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem wa I was satisfied with everything. I'd initially advised that I couldn't recommend Reynolds due to a pricing discrepancy between 'current' sticker price and online pricing on Reynolds' website having the same vehicle over $1000 lower. I was contacted by the general manager within the following week who gladly offered to refund the difference in pursuit of transparent pricing and ensuring the customers are getting the best available deals, so at this point I can gladly recommend Reynolds for vehicle purchases - as always, be mindful of pricing listed elsewhere in case you find yourself in a similar situation, but Reynolds' willingness to follow up on customer concerns and right the situation to present a solid front is commendable, and I'm sorry I failed to update my review sooner. Overall experience was quick and painless, with clean and up-to-date facilities and generally friendly and reliable staff. I'll keep Reynolds on my short list for future auto needs. More
