2014 Mazda 3 I bought my 2014 Mazda 3 around March, it was a great experience. I knew exactly what model and color of car I wanted. Unfortunately there were none I bought my 2014 Mazda 3 around March, it was a great experience. I knew exactly what model and color of car I wanted. Unfortunately there were none in the OKC metro or the state of Oklahoma. They went above and beyond and tracked one down in Kansas and 2 days later I was in my brand new Mazda 3. Reynolds Ford was the first and last dealership that I went to in order to find the car that I needed. I was so stressed about the whole situation that I was a little nervous about going in and feeling like I had to purchase a car today- Going to Reynolds and working with Trevor Davison, Jerry Pittman and Linda Hughes in finance was the best possible scenario for me! I felt like I was looking for a vehicle with family. They worked all day to find the perfect car and to get me the best financing that I could possibly have! BEST car buying experience EVER. I normally do not write reviews, but I am so impressed with Reynolds Mazda and ALL of the employees I was in contact with, I feel I need to. So he I normally do not write reviews, but I am so impressed with Reynolds Mazda and ALL of the employees I was in contact with, I feel I need to. So here's my experience with them. I needed a car with better gas mileage but I needed my payments to stay the same. Of course, I had a lot of things I would love to have in a new car, too, but every other dealership basically laughed at me and said, "Well, we can't do all that, but we can give you a bit of an upgrade from the base model." As a member of law enforcement and military family, I asked other dealers about any incentives/discounts - No law enforcement or military discounts offered and a bit of a high-pressure, hostage-like situation while trying to walk out the door. Enter James Hall (he's a Nicoma Park Police Department officer who I know from some charitable efforts I helped facilitate. Just to let you know a bit about this man's character and heart of gold - He helped buy a new bike for an autistic boy who had his stolen by some bullies and also officer put together Christmas gifts and a party for children affected by the Moore tornado.) He asked me to come into his dealership and take a look, that they offered discounts to law enforcement and that they'd take care of me like family. Skeptical, I visited anyway. I told my salesman, James Tippett, what I needed and what I would *love* to have. No laughter. I looked at a few cars and decided on one that would do. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, but the price was good. He asked what would make it THE car I wanted. I told him I would love to have navigation & a sunroof. He said he wasn't sure I'd be able to get those without raising my current payment but that he'd do his best. He came back after speaking with Mr. Hall and told me it was a done deal. Done! I got EVERYTHING I wanted in a car - a 2015, mind you, plus the same payment, better gas mileage, roomy enough for a family of 4, safety features I wanted, and more. They also gave me the most on my trade-in. Hmm.. what else? OH! I get 2 years of FREE regular maintenance, too. The scary finance office, you know, where they usually crush your dreams and hard sell you on extended warranties, etc? Didn't happen. Mr. Rider worked to find me the best rate (even with a few credit problems), was transparent and didn't make me feel like I HAD to purchase extended warranties or service plans or I was making a huge mistake. I have never had such a positive car buying experience EVER. And I've bought a lot of cars. I went in to get the navigation installed (as promised) with zero issues. They truly took care of me like family, thanked my husband for his service several times, and worked with me to make sure I drove away in the nicest car I've ever owned. This is why I'm giving them a shout out and recommending them to all my friends and family and especially law enforcement officers. I love supporting businesses that truly support our officers.
