I have dealt with Brent Waggoner before and he is SIMPLY THE BEST car salesman around!!! He was awesome knowing that we were on a fixed budget and didn't pressure us into getting something my daughter couldn't afford. I gave him an idea on what we were looking for and he hit it out of the ballpark with the vehicle that he chose for her, it was perfect in every way. Plenty of room for herself, her husband and all of the kids plus "mamaw" if needed. Through the lengthy paperwork process he even entertained my grand daughter with a disney movie on his computer while us grownups did all the boring stuff. What a great guy!!! Will go back to Brent for any of my or my families car needs. More

I wasn't looking for a Mazda but, found on the internet they had a used Buick What can I say, I had a very satisfying experience with this dealership! I wasn't looking for a Mazda but, found on the internet they had a used Buick that someone had traded in. I have owned several Buick's and have always liked them, it seems a bit funny to find a Buick at a Mazda dealer. When I arrived initially a peppy high stepping fellow came to greet me (Brent), I first thought to myself "oh crap a salesman wanting to kiss my xxx and sell me junk". I can say honestly yes Brent is a salesman but he knows how to get down to the point and not waste your time. That style of direct conversation I greatly appreciate. After we drove the car I told him what I had to spend and he took that straight to the sales manager, he had a price within 5 minutes. Because of some traveling, it was a week later before I was able to get back to the dealership and again come to a price that fit my budget through the sales manager. Brent quickly came back with a grin and handshake congratulating me on my purchase. I am so thankful to this dealership and the folks there, they got me into a great car at a honest to truth price that I could afford. No beating around the bush or back and forth, straight up and easy. I 100% recommend this dealer if you are shopping for a New or Used vehicle.......Thank you Reynolds Mazda Norman Oklahoma. More

He helped me program the car to my smart phone, washed and vacuumed my new car, filled the tank! He made me feel important! He has called me for 2 birthdays to wish me a happy b-day. Our salesman, James Tippett, was the most relaxed, easy-going no pressure salesman. He was extremely knowledgible, not only about the basics of the car but the technology involved in the systems. There was not one question we had that he couldn't answer. We were torn between two different makes of vehicles but our experience from the get go with him told us not to even bother driving the other car. April Cook, the Customer Relations Manager, and Sean Porterfield, the Business Manager, were also very impressive with their knowledge, professionalism and easy going personalities. Steve helped us out, gave us very helpful information. Unlike the dealership where I bought the car I was trading in, there was no pushiness. Ultimately, the CX5 features and financing sold us on the deal. The only thing that was somewhat negative was just the time it took to make the deal. It seemed like preparing the paperwork, getting the trade in value on my car and signing the paperwork took close to 3 hours after our test drive. As far as I could tell, I was the only one making a deal at the time - no other customers were in the dealership. More

I was going to drive a Toyota after driving a Mazda, but after driving the Mazda I told James, "we won't be going to the Toyota dealer". My wife and I are very pleased with our new Mazda and we think it's one of the best looking SUV's on the road. I just can't say enough positive things about our new Mazda. More
