From driving farm equipment in my youth to great cars in my work, I have loved the experience of ownership and taking the best possible care of my cars. The only thing I absolutely could not stand was dealing with car salesmen. Because I was leaving a luxury class vehicle to a car that better fit my changing lifestyle, I did my homework and research before selecting brands to test drive. I went into Reynolds Mazda fully expecting to be talked down to, insulted and pressured. It is an oxymoron I realize, but I met a wonderful car salesman in Steve Adams. He was smart, gave me room to think, and answered my questions with directness. He let me know that he wanted my money and was willing to work hard for it but he did so in a pleasant way. Steve gave me all the room and freedom I needed and I found myself in a new CX-5 within 24 hours. I believe I was dealing with an honorable man and would not hesitate to approach him if something arises and I need his help. More

Brent Waggoner is the best salesperson we've ever dealt with, he was direct, non-invasive and friendly during and after the process of purchasing the car. Even after purchasing our Mini Cooper, Brent Waggoner even provided us with an oil change, full detail, USB drive with an owners manual and made some calls for inqueries we had pertaining to the car. Overall a great experience with great people. More

He did a great job of explaining the features and synched my phone with the Bluetooth before I left. Sean Porterfield was great as well in the finance department. As I have serviced my vehicles at Reynolds Mazda since 2005, I can say there service is impeccable. Sandra Saunders is the best. Always calls if there are other recommended services and explains everything fully. More
