Mazda CX-5. I was interested in the Mazda CX-5. I called and received some details over the phone. I further set an appointment to meet with Steve around 8:oo p I was interested in the Mazda CX-5. I called and received some details over the phone. I further set an appointment to meet with Steve around 8:oo p.m. My parents drove 2 hours to also make the meeting. Upon arrival, we met with Joseph, Steve was with another customer at the time. Joseph discussed the features of the vehicle and allowed me to take it for a test drive. I drove 2 vehicles and really liked the 2nd one. Steve started the initial paperwork and then turned everything over to Steve. After meeting with the finance rep., the purchase was made. I can't say enough about the time we spent with all 3 gentleman. They stayed for the long haul. It was 11:15 p.m. when I left the dealership in my 2016 CX-5. I am well-pleased with my purchase and the ease of the trade in process. I don't know of too many places that would work over-time to please the customer. Thanks to the team of Reynolds Mazda!! More

Service people were very nice and informative I had scheduled my appointment, they were ready for me and knew who i was when i showed up. They had my loaner care ready. Robert called my within an hour letting me know what else needed attention on my car. I was there for oil change and tire rotation. My valve cover gasket was leaking into my spark plugs, i did not have the money to take care of it at this time. We scheduled this work for a couple months later and he advised me that it should be ok unless my check engine light came on. He also answered all questions i had about getting work and cost of headlight replacement, something i need to get done after the oil leak. He was pleased to answer any question i had with a smile and humor. i like to laugh. :) More
