Car buying was an unexpected pleasure I started my search via the TrueCar buying service offered by my credit union. It's the same service offered by my insurance company, Farmers. I'd researched vehicles for a couple of years and had narrowed it down to a range of models and knew what price I wanted to pay. Using the service, I was put in touch with three dealers. Steve was the first person to call, and in the process leading up to my visit was the best experience. Contacts from the other two dealers were too pushy, too many emails, trying too hard to please. Steve and I set up an appointment to do a test drive as I wanted to experience both the 'i' and the 's' models of the car I bought. Steve was affable, highly knowledgable, and while certainly a salesman, I never felt unduly pressured during the experience. The finance part of the deal was the biggest surprise, however. Not only did we quickly arrive at what my research told me was a fair price for the vehicle, I came in with a pre-approved loan, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. Franco was kind and professional, and I felt like I was in the driver's seat during the conversation, including discussion of warranties. After that, I was given a tour of the facilities, including the service facilities and met husband and wife team Robert and Sandra, and Steve scheduled my first service visit while I was there. Two years of maintenance came with my vehicle, and I was impressed with the 'total care' I was given in that regard. I would certainly recommend this dealer, the TrueCar buying experience, the vehicle itself (the Mazda 3 s Grand Touring is an amazing value) and Mazda as a company. More
Wonderful Dealership! It had been over 10 years since I bought my last car. Part of the reason was having to deal with the hassles of going to a dealership and dealing with all the scams/trickery in finance. I have had terrible experiences in the past, so I was expecting the same. Let me say, I was absolutely wrong! Joe Ferdowski and Sean Porterfield were very nice and straightforward guys! I was very surprised that I actually received the price that was advertised, I even received a better deal on the interest rate than I thought! This was definitely a far better experience than I could have possibly imagined! I would definitely recommend Joe if you are looking for a new Mazda! More
