He even came in on his day off to help us buy it. Even more impressive was his knowledge of a new model he had not even seen before. He took the time to go over every aspect of the car and set up everything the way I wanted it, including pairing the phone. Reynolds is a great dealership and Joe is smart, honest, caring salesman and Franco took care of our paperwork quickly. More

In a little over 30 days I have to change my mind and say beware of what you are getting from these folks. In less than 500 miles driven on the minivan we purchased from this dealership it broke down. All the belts snapped and stranded my wife and daughter for hours on the side of the road in the Oklahoma heat with no AC. We had only put gas in the van twice. I did not purchase a warranty based on the salesman's pitch about how great the service department is at the location (that is 100% my fault). I figured with a van that only had 50K miles on it and if they truly checked everything out it was good to go. Well I have had the van for just over thirty days and it has been in the shop 14 of those. I reached out to Steve Adams after the fact and he basically told me "sorry for your luck, sometimes these things happen". There is no way we could have know that would happen to the van. Steve admitted to me that they charged the AC system when they serviced the car. Everyone knows that if you charge the system too much it can cause the AC compressor to seize up which is exactly what happened in this case. The dealership I have it at now told me there is zero chance they could have missed it had they thoroughly checked everything out. Now my savings account is depleted and I have not made my first payment on the car. I sent an email to the GM about the situation on July 17th and have not heard a response from them. I checked into the Oklahoma Lemon laws and I basically have to eat it because it is a used car. I am sure the new car lot is good to go because their service department does not touch the vehicles. If you plan on purchasing from this lot make sure you get the extended warranty because it may very well bite you in the end if you do not. More

My purchase could not have been easier I started a new job assignment in Oklahoma City with the hope of being able to live downtown and be "carless" , but reality requires wheels to survive I started a new job assignment in Oklahoma City with the hope of being able to live downtown and be "carless" , but reality requires wheels to survive in this most interesting city . My hope in the future, when I finally retire, is to crisscross this country in an RV and I will need a vehicle to tow. So the premise, if a vehicle is a must in OKC, was to get a small but fun "city car" that would ultimately allow my wife and I to enjoy our RV travel stops. Choices were narrowed down quickly and a "Mazda Certified Pre-Owned" Miata MX5 hardtop convertible became the happy ultimate selection, timing is everything. Mr. Adams was a great salesman and was flexible enough to accommodate my crazy schedule. I look forward to exploring the surroundings and to enjoy my "new" city car ! More
