He did not pressure us to exceed our budget and showed us all that was available in our budget. He kept a smile throughout the entire experience. When test driving the vehicle of choice, he remained professional and gave as much information as he knew. To make sure we received more information about the vehicle, he had Joseph Ferdowsi explain in detail about the car. Ferdowsi gave us the information he knew, but let us know that the vehicle we were buying, he had limited knowledge on. During the financing of the vehicle, Sean Porterfield took his time explaining everything. He discussed with us all options and for the information we were unsure about, he re-explained it.
