Great Dealership Buying Experience They were friendly, knowledgable about their vehicles, willing to meet my price for trade in and beyond. Great car buying experience. Professional! Just purchased a Mazda 6. The staff here are incredibly nice. Was greeted by a sales rep shortly after getting out of our vehicle. Joe, our sales rep, Just purchased a Mazda 6. The staff here are incredibly nice. Was greeted by a sales rep shortly after getting out of our vehicle. Joe, our sales rep, took us to check out the various trims of the Mazda 6. We took the car for a test drive. During which I had asked some tough questions about competitor models. Joe gave us great comparisons without speaking negatively of the other manufacturers. We received an incredible offer on our trade in ($2k more than the highest offer we had received previously). Overall the process was incredibly smooth. Waiting for the finance department is a little much. Either really busy or just slow. Great overall experience. Will more than likely come back for my next new vehicle. More

We shopped all around several states for a good deal on a compact car and Reynolds right here in town had the best pricing for what we were looking for. I dealt with the Steve mostly through email and they were one of the only ones I contacted that were willing to talk price without trying to drag me in with a deposit or test drive or anything. Most other dealerships I talked to were very reluctant to talk at all over email. Finance went well, and although we didn't get the interest rate we really were counting on, Sean helped us trim fees and costs where we could so that the car we wanted still met our budget. More
