What I liked most about Joe is that he wasnt like a lot of car salesman I had experienced. He was low pressure, but kept my interest in the vehicle high. First, he knew the vehicle from top to bottom, and there was no question he couldn't answer. More importantly, he answer my questions honestly, which I have found to be a rare quality. Second, the negotiation process was fair, upfront, and didn't take all day. There were no games, gimicks, or hidden fees - I know exactly what I was getting and the actual final price at the time we make our agreement. I didn't feel pressured, and I was very happy with the deal that we made. Third, Martin really went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant and to ensure that I was 100% happy with the transaction. I am 8 months pregnant, and he offered to go get us food while we waited for the car to be cleaned; he made sure we always had water and were comfortable; and when the floor mats and cargo accessories were not available, he met me near my office the following week to make it convenient for me. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with this dealership. More

Peace of Mind - Out of State Buyer I was looking for a used car throughout the Country, Reynolds Mazda had the exact car I was looking for. Martin Wiley was the car consultant I worked I was looking for a used car throughout the Country, Reynolds Mazda had the exact car I was looking for. Martin Wiley was the car consultant I worked with. Martin was very helpful and courteous providing me with all the car details. Since I could not see the car, (live in California) he quickly took a video of the exterior and interior to show me that the car was in perfect condition. The negotiation was pleasant and quick, I received a fair price for the car. Martin sent me a few Transport Service referrals which was helpful. I located a Transport Service myself and Martin connected with the Transport Service, within a day, my car was loaded and on it's way to California. I had a car dealer license a number of years ago. Working with Martin was one of my best car buying experiences. It's good to know there are really great people in the industry, and Martin is one of them. More
