I felt jerked around and screwed over like never before. Brought 2014 Mazda 3 in for routine maintenance 10/25/2018. Technician damaged driver side door. Repairs delayed several times, and included Nelson Ma Brought 2014 Mazda 3 in for routine maintenance 10/25/2018. Technician damaged driver side door. Repairs delayed several times, and included Nelson Mazda sending me over to their contracted collision center twice to pick up vehicle - not ready both times. I should never have been put in that position. Repeated delays cost me time and money. I had to pay add'l $ for parking at work because I didn't have my vehicle. Only courtesy extended by Nelson Mazda was a loaner vehicle. Did not get my vehicle back until 12/14/2018. Very dissatisfied with whole mess. No hard feelings toward Zach or Lonnie, but situation could have been better handled, in my opinion. They fixed my vehicle, but made no effort to "make it right" More

Long wait but good service. With my profession I have a very busy schedule. I made an appointment to have my car serviced so I could get and out. When I arrived I was told that even though I had an appointment my wait time would be an hour and a half. I was shocked but I stayed because that was the only time I had due to it busy work schedule. My previous appointments took no time at all. Also, they were at the (old) Antioch location. Thankfully, I was loaned a vehicle to run errands in while I waited.
