Over and above! Brought my Mazda in for some regular maintenance, and it needed a part that was not in stock but would be available later in the day. So to ensure I Brought my Mazda in for some regular maintenance, and it needed a part that was not in stock but would be available later in the day. So to ensure I could get my 'to do' list done and not have to sit there and wait, they offered me a loaner vehicle. I joked that I'd like a Miata if possible, and the next thing you know, I'm driving one for the day! No extra cost either! Amazing! That's what I call great customer service. And my other vehicle was done later that day, on time too. Yep. They rocked it! More

Problem not solved This is the second time I have brought my Mazda 3 to the dealership for the same problem. It still is not fixed. Both times they said a software update would fix it. It did not. I also found the video and text not very helpful, since they didn’t mention the problem I brought the car in for. The people were very friendly and helpful, though. More
