My first and last name is Dennis Ailinger. Randy and I spoke and even after getting him involved only part of the problem on my vehicle was fixed. I will now have to take my vehicle to a mechanic who is trustworthy to have the 2 remaining issues with my car that were caused by the subpar service received from this dealership and waste more money for something that should have been done right in the first place had competent employees been hired. If needed I will be in touch with your legal department about recovering the money which I will now have to spend on your mistakes and carelessness.
