On the test drive, Joseph was very knowledgeable and held a great conversation. Allowed for both of us to drive it around with no pressure for a short ride. Once back at the dealership, Steve joined the 3 of us and was very friendly. Explained our budget to him, he gave us a great trade-in value for my car and explained several options of lease-to-buy that we had not considered so we could get a quality vehicle in our budget (without feeling pushy (commission-free dealership)). Continuing with Ben in finance was great. Extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to (continual joking with us the entire time! :D ), Ben took extra time to make sure all details were correct on our govt. paper work and explained the benefits of the added coverage we could add. He explained this very well and helped us see the benefit of adding it while also telling us what coverage options we didn't need for our situation. Again, never felt pushy and showed a genuine concern for our best interest. I was not planning on purchasing anything from this dealership since I had other vehicles in mind, but with the great quality Mazda 6, and the stellar service both my wife and I received, we are very happy to have leased from Nelson and worked with all these great gentlemen.
