I feel like I was treated fairly and got a great deal! Lisa answered my initial email contact and stayed in contact to find out what time I would be there so someone would be waiting for me. Then the manager called to see if there was anything he could do before I arrived, and again promised to have someone there waiting to help me. Then I was introduced to Elijah. He was personable, answered every question I had, and kept me company while I waited to meet with the finance people. WELL DONE!! More

This was my first time "flying solo" to get a car and Adam Taylor, Sales Director, took great care of me. Adam put me into the capable hands of Tom Chanthavong, Product Specialist, who listened to my needs, fully discussed options, answered all my questions - even the stupid ones - and found a great car for me. We had fun! Ben Mulaosmanovic, the finance manager, took me through all the options and made me feel secure about my decisions. What a fantastic team! I already know that I'll be in good hands with Lonnie and the folks in the service department as they have taken care of my previous cars for the last 7 years. Thanks for treating me like family! He answered all of the questions I had and never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable the way most car salesmen do.
