Unscheduled service on Chevrolet Trailblazer I actually pulled into this dealership for front light bulb replacement thinking it was the Chevrolet dealership. The Service Manager, Lonnie, was ve I actually pulled into this dealership for front light bulb replacement thinking it was the Chevrolet dealership. The Service Manager, Lonnie, was very nice to me and made me feel very welcome. He told me they could do the same service that Chevy could do so rather than leave I stayed and they were wonderful to me. They changed my oil, rotated my tires and replaced the front light bulb - even went the extra mile and washed my car. Great customer service all the way around and did not for one second make me feel bad for having made the location error. Honestly, I have to say it was probably the best customer service experience I've received in a very long time. They even went above and beyond and sent a video/audio of the things they found with my car that should be addressed in the future. More
