Windshield vendor horrible! Went into buy a 2014 Mazda3, noticed that it had crack in the windshield. Was told it was going to be replaced the next day. Would take a week to get from Canada. One week later, they hadn’t brought it in. Drove down talked to service, that called and looks like they just forgot. Told it would be done next day....but they brought wrong windshield again! Two weeks later finally got the car. No sense of urgency and lack of attention to details. Not what I expected from Nelson...wished they had had the same car at the Cool Springs location. More

Only bought car 6 months ago and already issues. Brought vehicle in to fix air. Paid 200.00 still not fixed. Now other check engine lights are coming on.
