14.5-time All Star, Nelson MVP, Rad Zoomer, Connor Anderson My wife and I went to Nelson in December looking for a used Mazda3. Connor came out to greet us in the parking lot as we were browsing. He took us in and showed us some inventory on his laptop and we chatted for a while and tried out a few cars. He's a sophisticated young Zoomer able to keep up with wide-ranging conversation. We left after as we weren’t in a hurry and weren’t interested in the available used inventory. We decided to go back in January to check out some of the new 2020 models, potentially wanting a CX-30. Connor made sure to be available and helped us as we narrowed our selection and clearly articulated the features in different models and trims. Connor really knows his stuff. He is the type of employee who truly loves the products, the dealer and the manufacturer. My wife decided she wanted a Mazda3H as she loved the polymetal grey(blue). Connor never pressured us. He is very considerate and attentive to client comfort above and beyond the clichés from training. A few hours flew by like minutes and we got financed without leaving his office. We scheduled delivery for when the floor mats arrived. Connor installed our floor mats and delivered the car to us. He agreed to hang out for a quick drive to explain features and help us adjust settings. Nelson has done a really good job with the One Person experience and should do everything possible to retain great advisors like Connor. More

Worst dealer experience ever!! Drove 3.5 hours to buy a car I had been working a deal on for days. They sold the car out from under me right before I got there. No one said there were multiple people looki car I had been working a deal on for days. They sold the car out from under me right before I got there.
