Completed my credit app online and was called by a salesman, Gary DeMarco, not too long later on the same day. He had the car I wanted to test drive pulled up and ready for me when I arrived. Turned out the CX-3 was smaller than what I was looking for- Gary went above and beyond by helping me lug my oversized car seat into three different SUVs before I decided on a CX-5. Love Nelson Mazda’s process of only dealing with one person the whole time. I only ever had to speak with Gary, didn’t have to go from salesman to manager to finance person. Great experience and I am loving my new ride. I traded in a 2016 Rogue that I was upside down on and got lower payments with a brand new CX-5 that has so many more safety features. More

Not good I took my car in for an engine issue was charged 1200 dollars for parts and labor. I left with my car then the lengine light came back on I took it back in and was told engine was bad needed replaci 1200 dollars for parts and labor. So I did but the first 1200 dollars I guess was Mazda’s way of saying thank for your money have a nice day More
