Overall. We’ve had good service each time. In the email we received regarding the recall it stated a car wash and vacuum would be given. The car was washed but not vacuumed. Also. I was very disappointed with the last service I received here when my fiancé took my car for an oil change. There were orange spots on my vehicle after they ran it through the car wash. They saw my fiance here when my fiancé took my car for an oil change. There were orange spots on my vehicle after they ran it through the car wash. They saw my fiance trying to remove these spots before he drove away. He spent another hour in our garage trying to get them off. I called the service Dept and they tried to tell me that there was no way their car wash left those marks on my vehicle. They said it must have been from him driving but they did tell me they saw him trying to remove the spots before he left the dealership. We also saw on the video that they took for the inspection that there were no spots when he first got there. They did not want to do anything to fix the issue. My fiancé went back and basically told them this was unacceptable. We’d just paid $168 for an oil change and filters to be replaced. He got pretty heated because at first they didn’t want to do anything to fix it. Finally they agreed to fix it and detailed the car. But it was a struggle to get them to do that and we don’t appreciate them denying the obvious issue they caused. I’ve never had this issue there before and have been a couple times for oil changes and car washes so I don’t know what happened this time. But was VERY disappointed with the way they handled it. More
