The salesman made the sale and we legit never heard from him again..He did bring us the car out on his day off and we were grateful for that, but it took two days to make that happen after our car was ready him again..He did bring us the car out on his day off and we were grateful for that, but it took two days to make that happen after our car was ready for pick up..I just think keeping the customer informed is most important and building the relationship. I've never really been impressed by a car dealership (whether in sales or service) before but this was an amazing experience. Lonnie Stevens in Service was truly incredible and so helpful.
