Beware.Bought yukon 10-31.Needed to return due to roaring noise.Communication & Cust Service terrible. They kept new one a week with no communication to “check” the problem. To their benefit exceeded the 3 d noise.Communication & Cust Service terrible. They kept new one a week with no communication to “check” the problem. To their benefit exceeded the 3 day grace period for me to return. Finally returned my new Yukon and it’s still making the awful noise they never heard. The Yukon has also not been cleaned. The manager claimed he stayed himself after everyone left and cleaned it and hoped I was satisfied. One must in cleaning a vehicle is wiping the dash and cleaning the windows which were not done. Also the nice salesman that returned it said he noticed I needed one wiper blade so he stopped and got me one. So now I have one great one and one terrible one. Resulting from an injury I have been down for 6 months and looked so forward to having a new vehicle. I have an unclean, bound to breakdown at any given moment vehicle and no one had a care in the world. Do yourself a favor and stay away. No one I dealt with cared one bit that there was an issue. Thankfully I work for a local attorney. Not to mention the poor experience while buying left sitting waiting for hours. And having a loner car brought to me after I made a second trip to have it looked at....the salesman greeted me with my loner laughing on the phone with his brother. Need I say more? More
