I live in GA so I needed someone who really knew the car, who was responsive with my questions and who was completely candid and detailed about the car's condition and imperfections. I got none of these thin who was responsive with my questions and who was completely candid and detailed about the car's condition and imperfections. I got none of these things. He was obviously inexperienced and did not know the model well; He did not get back with me for sometimes days; he could never immediately answer questions; he told me a part that was missing was an accessory when it was not - it was a standard part. HE NEVER TOOK CHARGE ON MY BEHALF! I finally skipped over him to talk to the manager instead. This was not a great car buying experience and I am still waiting for my title from a car purchase on 12/9. More

The closing paperwork was beyond irritating. When you are paying for a vehicle at closing, you shouldn’t have to read through a bunch of words that pertain to financing. Finding my 16 year old daughter her first car was stressful to say the least. I wanted a car that most importantly provided excellent safety features, but one I could afford and one she would love. stressful to say the least. I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. John Pate was my initial salesman and he was great. He was very helpful and courteous and made the buying experience less stressful especially since we live in Louisiana and everything was done through phone, email and mail. Charlie , his supervisor, assisted me when I decided I wanted a different car and was also very helpful. We ended up with the perfect car for my daughter and she loves it!! More

Bought Toyota Tundra check engine light not fixed. Also after only putting little over 200 miles on vehicle transmission is slipping. Do not believe they stand by vehicle.
