We went to Nelson Mazda on a Saturday in Murfreesboro to look for the Snowflake White Pearl CX-30 I saw online, however, it was sold a few hours after we came. Orlando House tried his best to show us other look for the Snowflake White Pearl CX-30 I saw online, however, it was sold a few hours after we came. Orlando House tried his best to show us other available car models within our price range but I was set on getting either a red or white CX-30 before I return my car rental Tuesday the following week. He followed us outside as we were leaving and told us about a black CX-30 that is coming on site at the end of the month. He explained that they will offer a loaner car until the black CX-30 arrives. He also informed us that another white CX-30 is in negotiation process with another customer at another site, and he will call me that night if the sale doesn't push through. We put $1000 down on the black CX-30 that will be transferrable to the white one once it becomes available. He then called me Monday and told me that he is on his way to Mazda dealership in Clarksville doing a trade to get the white one I wanted. He went above and beyond to ensure I get the car I really wanted and not just what I had to at the moment. We came back Tuesday but Orlando House was off. We were then referred to Jeffery Berguson who is also an amazing person. When he found out our preapproved bank interest rate was,he spoke with his Finance team to see if they can match or even lower the interest rate and they did! It was lowered by 1.0 point! He told us about the other offerings they have for the car we were purchasing but never pressured us into getting any of it. He was very patient like Orlando was to me with all the questions I had. These guys' exceptional customer service is undeniable! They truly went above and beyond our expectations! They spoke to us like we have known each other for a long time... they made us feel like we are family. This is our 2nd Mazda and the first buying experience we had with Liz Roche in 2019 was the same as what we had with Orlando and Jeff! Nelson Mazda is truly blessed to have these amazing people working with them! We have nothing but praises! Thank you very much!!!! More
What a wonderful experience! Jessica and Kaitlyn were super , the both of them really did the work. As I travel for work my time at home is limited. So despite the delayed response to their emails they didn't sway, sending updates and videos it totally kept me engaged. When I finally had the time to schedule a test drive I scheduled an appointment. When I went in I was introduced to Katilyn and Amy both were a blessing. i worked with Amy the rest of my Nelson Mazda buying experienc. It was so refreshing I have never experienced this process of buying a car. Amy was patient as we test drove the car I was interested in and then arranged to test drive another that I had mentioned. I never felt pressured at all during this whole experience and the best thing is that I ended up with a different car than I intially thought and I was not the only one who recognized that , Amy also noticed that this car was a better suit for me . it was never about the upsell as this car was the least expensive of the two. I know this is long winded but when you have such a positive experience its hard just to write a few words. If you are interested in a Mazda I say you have togo to Nelson Mazda. My car buying experience is something I want to relive. Kaitlyn was so graceful and patient with me throughout my journey. Initially, I was looking for a CX5. When I told her what features I wanted (sunroof, CarPlay, heated seats, red leather seats, power liftgate), she recommended I look at a CX50 instead. While the CX50 didn't come with red leather seats, it had all the other features I wanted. I was hesitant to purchase one because I didn't like the trim level I test drove in Franklin (Premium I think) and didn't want a monthly payment over $500. After she broke down my financial options with the trade in from my previous car, I took a leap of faith on the preferred plus trim level. I AM SO HAPPY I PURCHSASED THIS CAR! I love EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! Coming from a hybrid car, I love I can get up to 80mpg. I would've liked the financing team to offer a higher trade in value of my previous car but I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. If you need to purchase a car, GO SEE KAITLYN!!!!! More
Was force fed a warranty and told the at the lender wouldn’t approve the loan without the warranty. Wasn’t given any info on the warranty and told to take a photo pf the ad so I’ll know who to call if wouldn’t approve the loan without the warranty. Been waiting on cancellation paperwork for six weeks. Temporary tag expires next week and they haven’t filed for it. I sent four email requests asking for a conversation with someone in leadership to express my concerns. Was told he Randy Dismang, the general manager, that he’s the owner and I cannot speak with anyone above him. More
