I’ve visited several times. Initially the service was perfect, now everytime I visit something is not done right. Examples would be I either call back on the highway with a TPS sensor going off because t perfect, now everytime I visit something is not done right. Examples would be I either call back on the highway with a TPS sensor going off because they didn’t reset it, or I have to go back and ask why the car is shaking when breaking and it didn’t before, yet they put 4new tires on. “Oh you can bring it back and they can drive it around.” “The tech didn’t feel that shaking/vibrating you experienced.” Go to another Mazda in Cool Springs because it vets worse, they immediately tell me my rotors are worn and my tires need balancing?! Since when is a tire balance not standard with the purchase of four new tires?! And if it’s not, why wouldn’t you explain that it was needed? They are absolutely the sweetest people but things have changed in the way of quality and attention to detail. My service attendant use to come and tell me when my service is complete or at least text me, not now. I sit and wait and yet look up and my car has been pulled upfront as complete for several minutes. And no one has notified me. I think Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro has something special but I may have to find another location to service my car if I have to jump through hoops to get better service. It makes me sad to say this because I truly thought I found the service team jackpot in them. More

I was very pleased with the process of buying a Mazda from Nelson, I received initial email contact from two people and a video from John Pate even before I stepped in to the showroom.
