Went in for a simple oil change. They told me I needed other stuff done immediately. It was not needed now!. Such as antifreeze and power steering fluid replaced, fuel system adative, new tires (still other stuff done immediately. It was not needed now!. Such as antifreeze and power steering fluid replaced, fuel system adative, new tires (still have 5/32 left), alignment. Tires are wearing fine. No alignment needed. They are 50,000 mile tires still have atleast 15,000 miles left. The car only has 67,500 miles on it. The simple 70 oil change turned in like $2000. I declined everything extra except cabin filter and engine filter. Stop trying to scare people that they need stuff done imediatly. More

Very long wait. No accommodations for women with children. Poor communication in regards to updates on service progress and estimated completion time . There seemed to be a lack of empathy and understanding as a mother of two children under the age of 6. I tried everything to keep them calm and entertained. I ended up packing up everything and pushing both of my boys in a stroller down the street in the heat past the GMC dealership only to walk back in with no update/check in. We waited practically 2 hours for an oil change service appointment. It was also frustrating that we ended up missing my son’s initial haircut appointment that day. Thankfully his barber was able to make room for us later that evening. Had Devin not called and responded the way that he did, action definitely would have been taken to file a grievance regarding my experience. Thanks Devin for noticing/acknowledging the poor service I received and for taking action to try and rectify the situation. More
Great people and friendly, goood videos of diagnostics, bad job considering previous service in review (item just fixed had a problem) and not good at fixing evap issues. Overall a good experience but my salesman was not knowledgable. I purchased a cx-5 and was told the price was lower because it was a demo vehicle. Truth is the vehicle was less expensive because it’s knowledgable. I purchased a cx-5 and was told the price was lower because it was a demo vehicle. I had to retell Ryan everything we discussed on the phone an hour prior. Again overall a good experience but it really seemed like he did not know what he was talking about. Also, somewhat short tempered when negotiating my trade in value. More
I called as a message appeared on my car screen. The call was answered by a very nice man. I think he could tell how scared I was and told me to come right in. I was a mile away. After arriving I was treated was answered by a very nice man. I think he could tell how scared I was and told me to come right in. I was a mile away. After arriving I was treated so nice by Chase and the person I was talking to on the phone. It was serious I had to wait 2 and half hours for my car to cool down. Meanwhile I was checked on numerous times by the service department. My car was fixed and I was escorted to it and once again treated to simple kindness by everyone in that department. Thank you guys each and everyone one of you. Once again I was so proud I chose Nelson Mazda. More
