Defective right seat air bag and deployment system. Mazda has installed a defective, dangerous product in its use of a defective airbag and warning system. The right side passenger air bag does not inflate for persons that weigh 100 pounds and the airbag off light on dashboard stays on despite 100 pound passenger in seat making airbag nonfunctional. My wife weighs 100 pounds. She is at risk of serious bodily injury or death when riding in my Mazda Miata passenger seat. The dealer did not fix the problem. Mazda did not fix the problem. No attempt to repair or replace this dangerous defective product was made by dealer and Mazda. More
