Diagnostics refivoulous price Came in for airbag recall. Ask service to find out why cruise control not working. The redicoulous charge of 130.00 to run computer diagnostics. Way too expensive. Not even a credit of the diagnostics towards repair. This is exactly why dealers have a bad reputation for fleecing service customers. I would NOT recommend Nelson Mazda for service, even though our CX-9 has been an excellent car. I felt I was taken advantage of in diagnosing the problem and you were high on labor. Very disappointed, I lost trust in you. More

Great Experience I was able to drop off my car and take a loaner. Mazda sent me a video clearly explaining my car’s issues and what needed to be done to fix it. Then I was able to drop off my car and take a loaner. Mazda sent me a video clearly explaining my car’s issues and what needed to be done to fix it. Then they sent an electronic copy of how much the bill would be and I was able to approve it via txt message. It was such an easy and convenient process. I was able to txt at anytime to check on the status of my car and got it back in a timely manner. Also, the loaner was awesome! More

They were apologetic and fixed it right away and didn’t charge me anything extra which was nice :) initial cost for repair was a bit steep though.
