Terible airbag recall service I took my wifes 07 cx7 in for its airbag recall that we have waited years for, the vehicle was serviced and returned to me with the airbag light on. T I took my wifes 07 cx7 in for its airbag recall that we have waited years for, the vehicle was serviced and returned to me with the airbag light on. The service advisor said they replaced the recall airbag but as long as the light is on the airbags wont work. I feel like the service technicians job in an airbag recall should be to make sure the airbags will work in the event of an accident, not just say I put a new airbag in that wont work or possibly save your life in the event of an accident because I dont care enough to insure your airbags work. I would not recommend this service department to anyone for this reason. More

No recall notice I have had to reach out to this dealership in regards to two recalls that I found on my own. I asked after the first one and was told they were waitin I have had to reach out to this dealership in regards to two recalls that I found on my own. I asked after the first one and was told they were waiting to see if I complained then they would fix it. They second one was a transmission issue, it could have caused an accident. I havent moved and my address is on file. More
