Fantastic service by Devin and the Nelson Mazda team! I called in to ask a question about my warranty. The team who would normally have fielded my question was busy but someone from the sales team took it I called in to ask a question about my warranty. The team who would normally have fielded my question was busy but someone from the sales team took it upon themselves to find the answers for me. Then they connected me to the service department to answer some technical questions I had... I happened to speak to Devin who was the most helpful. I walked him through a diagnosis I’d gotten from another shop in town and he asked if I’d come by and let him look at it because he didn’t think that solution sounded right. I did so and he ended up finding the problem and taking care of it at no charge. I was in and out in 90 minutes. I enjoyed the video explanation as well. First time I’ve ever left a car shop paying nothing and not upsold! I will be back. More

Good service except no one checked my battery Everything performed was excellent; one issue I have is a complete inspection was done, yet the corrosión on my battery was exactly as before. No action was taken to tell my father(whom payed for it) or myself of my battery being bad. I almost missed work today due to this. Please give full service if you charge what you do.
