Nelson Mazda Cool Springs - Service Center

Our suv was taken in to be looked at had only 75000 miles and yet we were told that the engine was toast and needed to be replaced. We had already replaced all the brake system in the car just a few months b and yet we were told that the engine was toast and needed to be replaced. Also staff tried to blame it on my husband but we regularly maintain our vehicles so not even sure why the oil was bad which caused engine problems. One day my vehicle is fine next engine comes on next it needs a new engine. We took it in two days after check engine light came on. Made me put in who we worked with. Not sure what their name was so I just choose a person. It may or may not have been who hubby worked with. More

Yes but it’s hard not to be agitated by the fact that road side assistance was completely useless. I waited 24 hours and no one came and I called often and was told they were working on it. To this date road side assistance was completely useless. I waited 24 hours and no one came and I called often and was told they were working on it. To this date I’m still waiting and no one has checked back! Useless!!! Had to use my own insurance to get a tow. I also hate when I’m told I need things urgently only to find out it’s not in stock and they can’t do it. It suddenly becomes less urgent I guess. Annoying. Could not reach people by phone. Told short staffed this added to frustrations!! More
