The dealership is clean. People are friendly. There’s a nice feeling on arrival. I like seeing the work being done while servicing my vehicle. I know it’s actually completed. However, I was very pressed for time on the day of service. I would have appreciated knowing that there was a backlog of work so I could have planned for it.... maybe knowing to come a little later rather that spending two hours to get oil changed!! More

Was difficult to get a spot in for my car. When I finally went in, and was possibly looking for a new car no one would help me, so I had to leave to meet up with another dealer for a test drive. I just feel like the quality of the car is not as good as it used to be because I am getting less and less mileage out of my car now than ever before. I have been looking around for a new car and decided that a Mazda was not the way to go for me anymore. Each service experience has gotten worse each time and this time I had to pay for a rental cars so that I could get to work and back Since it took so long to get my car in to get repaired. More
