Absolutely awful, I'd like to start at the Absolutely awful, I'd like to start at the beginning. I brought my 2020 mazda 3 Carbon edition (Before they called it that) in too fix the tpms Absolutely awful, I'd like to start at the beginning. I brought my 2020 mazda 3 Carbon edition (Before they called it that) in too fix the tpms light. They decided to blame it on me and say I caused the light when I got a new tire. After an hour of arguing I decided to just get in my car and leave, I was fed up. Fast forward a few days later. Someone else brought my car in because I was busy, this time I had all tpms sensors checked by 2 private mechanics and both said all 4 were perfect! Can you believe that! So, my mother had taken my car back in for me thankfully because of my work schedule. My mother left and had to turn around 4 TIMES because they 'FIXED' it she got there around 9am and didn't get home till 7pm... This was after they replaced the sensor several times and tried "pairing" it which they told me was the problem. So after they wasted my time, my mother's time, and their own they THEN decided to take the car to tech and have it serviced saying "we'll eat the cost". Darn right you will, why should I be fighting over something that is OBVIOUSLY warranty. Now, current day it's been a little over a week now and they still haven't got all 4 new sensors in yet. After saying they know it's not the problem "We have to follow Mazda Tech" which I don't doubt but would've been nice if this was done the first time instead of all the wasted time now. Not only this I gave them my 2020 Mazda 3 premium carbon edition Hatchback, they in turn gave me a 2021 Base model Mazda 3 sedan and it wasn't even clean!!! It was SO dirty inside you'd think they picked it up straight from the dump! Be sure to check the drive out tag if you get a loaner too. Our was 6 days expired the day we got it!! Anyways, The people here really are great people. Super friendly and very kind, just some work needs to be done. After all, I think my case here was probably 1/1000 More

Scott and Tyler are great people to work with. I had an issue with my daughters 2007 Mazda 6i and I needed to tow it back to Texas they were kind enough to look over the car while I was back home. Normally would rate Nelson as a 5, but did not get the service I expected or discussion of what was done like I use to. Had tires rotated so why were the 2 new tires on the same side as they were when I b service I expected or discussion of what was done like I use to. Had tires rotated so why were the 2 new tires on the same side as they were when I brought it in and so were other tires. Steering wheel vibrated (wasn't doing that before) due to how the tires were placed. I was very disappointed. More
