I had a very positive experience purchasing my brand new Cx-5. Everything was on the up and up! I could tell that he wanted to sell me the car, but not the hard core pressure that car salesman usually use t Cx-5. Everything was on the up and up! My car was temporarily lost. I called after I had not heard anything about my car for maybe 6 hours. It was in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I called I was told they had no record my car was heard anything about my car for maybe 6 hours. It was in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I called I was told they had no record my car was brought in and had no keys. The gentleman shortly called me back and said there was a glitch in the system and all was well with my car. A little disheartening of an experience though. And no one was super apologetic. Unsure we will go back even though the work was sufficiently done. I could have the same work done anywhere for similar price or even free for the tire rotation. More
