Completely low-balled me on an appraisal for a 4 year old car that I bought at their dealership and have had serviced there when required. They then tried to accuse me of not having taken care of the mainten car that I bought at their dealership and have had serviced there when required. They then tried to accuse me of not having taken care of the maintenance requirements. Outside of being late on my last oil change, I met the requirements they set forth when I bought the car. This was disappointing to say the least, but otherwise the service we have had there has been phenomenal when buying cars. More
