Great team everyone worked together to help me complete my purchase. The salespeople are not commissioned but clearly there is an incentive to sell extended warranties because they did spend way too much t my purchase. Yes but it’s hard not to be agitated by the fact that road side assistance was completely useless. I waited 24 hours and no one came and I called often and was told they were working on it. To this date I’m still waiting and no one has checked back! Useless!!! Had to use my own insurance to get a tow. I also hate when I’m told I need things urgently only to find out it’s not in stock and they can’t do it. It suddenly becomes less urgent I guess. Annoying. Could not reach people by phone. Told short staffed this added to frustrations!! More
